As far as Denny's locations, this one is decent. It's been remodeled and it seemed clean. The waitress was on top of everything and very attentive. The food was pretty good. They have new pancakes and they are really light and fluffy. The coffee was good. The eggs were cooked just right. The prices are very reasonable. I have no complaints other than some of the other clientele with their children were stress inducing.
This place has gone downhill over the years.. served a warm skillet... egg on the skillet was over cooked.. nachos had French fries in them... my kids chicken fried steak was hard as a rock like she was trying to bite into hard candy. Waitress disappeared for almost 30 minutes no refills on our drinks and hard to get the check. Never again
I ordered The Skillet Meals@Burbon Chicken & Oven Diced Potatoes Loaded with A Lot Of Onions & 3 maybe 4 Red/Green Bell Peppers and that's what I was really looking forward to. I don't like Onions & Mushrooms! I also ordered a Chocolate Milkshake, A Slice of Cheesecake & Garlic Toast but Denny's in My Area in Youngstown didn't begin to Compare to Denny's in Independence, Ohio 2 blocks from The Independence Family Health Care Center Located At Cleveland Clinic Where We had just left from! Independence, Ohio Served The Best Skillet Burbon Chicken Loaded with Oven Diced Potatoes Loaded with Lots & Lots Of Red/Green Bell Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms which I Picked Out!
Great service improvement. Food is very good, and we love the new look. Only thing I see that needs improvement is keeping the seats, floors andmenus cleaner. The tables were wiped off, but the seats had a lot of crumbs left on them. Improve those 3 things, and you get 7 stars.
Like the new atmosphere of the place good food great servers specially the night shift those girls deserve double of what they're making
