Great selection of hot sandwiches. They're delicious and provide generous portions. Dinner here is comparable to outback in price. The sandwiches don't reheat well so you may want to order a half if you're not extremely hungry. This restaurant is typically very busy. The staff is always cordial, professional and accommodating.
Great beer and cocktail selection, and vegan/vegetarian friendly. I feel like since they've added more locations, some things don't taste as good and they don't seem to try very often to make the specials vegan friendly (at least, not as much as they used to). Still, a good place for a reliable meal and a few drinks, especially if your party has people with mixed diets. Just as long as no one's trying to eat healthy, that is.

My first time there and it's everything you think it's going to be and then more. Which is also the way you may feel when your food comes. Huge portions in my opinion. Well worth the price and it's a great atmosphere with friendly service. Oh, and huge selection of drafts.

I've never been here before today, and I loved the atmosphere. The food was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the wait staff trying to push you from a half sandwich to a whole. A half is plenty to eat. Especially with the delicious side dishes. The decorating was very unique. Didn't have any alcoholic beverages but they looked like they had a huge selection with different kinds of drinks.
They do offer a food challenge as well, good luck finishing!!!

Everything is homemade from scratch, very yummy, no disappointment here. The decor is fun, and kitschy. Very casual dining experience and inexpensive.
This small chain out of the Cleveland, Ohio area is well worth the trip. They have slowly expanded all over the state, so finding a location is much easier now, with about a dozen restaurants.
