Doing business as Ace Hardware, locally owned by the same family as Bueller's grocery. This is where you go for personalized service you rarely find at the big box store. If you need to get in and out with what you need, without the hassle of roaming around aimlessly in a warehouse, this is exactly where you shoud go.
It may be a brand name store but it is run like a Mom and Pop store. Incredibly helpful people who actually know what they are talking about. No hassle returns. I will continue to shop there whenever I need home improvement goods.
Solid hometown place to pick up some tools and equipment that you may have forgotten here and there. Staff is very friendly and happy to help you find whatever it is that you need
The staff at the Independence Ace Hardware make this store a great place to shop. They will go out of their way to help you and are always polite. I know that it may sometimes be cheaper to drive all the way to a big box hardware store but this mid size store packs pretty much everything you could need under its roof. If they don't have it in stock and you can wait a day or two they'll get it there for you. I'm happy to be a regular shopper at this ACE Hardware store.
